adidas original zx flux Julie Blevins Obituary
Julie “Marie” Blevins was born October 15, 1931 in Heavner, Oklahoma. Marie was 85 when she passed away peacefully at the Heritage Living Center in Conway, AR.
Marie was married to Jack Davern Blevins, her best bud,
for 65 years. They were a solid team, and never spent a night apart until his death four months prior. Their fervency for God was evident in their daily lives, and they served and raised their family in church. When Jack D started his own construction company, Marie was right by his side adding her own refined style to his homes which helped them sell quickly. Marie and Jack D spent many years Square Dancing; their family loved to attend their dances,
and see them in their beautiful matching costumes. Together they had a passion for traveling and adventure. They often took their grandchildren camping all over the Arizona desert. Marie loved to host family dinners and cousin parties. She was known for being an exceptional cook and famous for her enchiladas and homemade strawberry ice cream. Having exquisite taste when it came to fashion and shoes, Marie loved to try on her granddaughter’s shoes and discuss clothes with them often. Marie had a zest for life and lived it fully.
Loved ones that went before Marie are her parents Everett and Etta Harris, sister Melba Kilmer, her husband, Jack D Blevins,
and her son Darrell Blevins. Survivors of Marie are her sister Wanda Conley of Tulsa, OK, Jr. Harris of Grand Lake, OK, son Steve Blevins of Bartlesville,
OK, her daughter Sherrie Thompson of Conway, AR, 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Marie’s family will be at Stumpff Funeral on Saturday,
July 29 from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm for viewing and visitation. A service will be held following the viewing at 2:00 in the chapel with Pastor Mike Harris officiating. After the service, a graveside farewell will be held at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
