This is the third Break Enter to a retail liquor store since Sunday March 19th, and the second where a vehicle was used to gain entry. Summary of the first two:

At approximately 4:30 AM on Sunday March 19th, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a Break Enter at a liquor store on Highway 97 near Northwood Pulpmill Road in Prince George. Two suspects were captured on surveillance using a vehicle to gain entry to the business and then stealing several bottles of liquor. The investigation is continuing and officers are requesting the public assistance in identifying those responsible. Further updates may be provided as they become available. You do not have to reveal your identity to Crime Stoppers. If you provide information that leads to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property, you could be eligible for a cash reward.

The Prince George RCMP would recommend to retail business owners with glass store fronts that they take the necessary steps to protect their property. Installing steel or concrete post barricades can dramatically reduce the chance of being a victim of this type of crime.
